Semesterware
The Semesterware Program is designed exclusively for educators who train tertiary and higher education students in special education, assistive technology, and speech pathology. It provides students with access to Boardmaker as part of their coursework.
Program Rules
- Applicants must be educators, such as lecturers, tutors, professors, or instructors, at an accredited tertiary education institution or university.
- Approved Semesterware accounts will remain active for two years. If your program expands during this period, we may extend the account’s expiry date.
- Students must be removed from the Semesterware account upon graduation.
- There is no limit to students’ use of Boardmaker to create print and interactive materials. However, please note the following:
- Students must not store any client information within the system, including photographs, names, records, personal information, or other identifying data.
- Boardmaker Student accounts must not be assigned to actual clients. This feature is intended for student learning and simulation purposes only.
Important Information
Participation in the Semesterware Program is provided at no cost. However, Boardmaker reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time without notice.
