As many of you know, Link Assistive NZ and Australia became a part of Tobii Dynavox in October 2024. Since then, our teams have been working closely together to bring even more support, resources, and expertise available to the AAC community here in New Zealand.
Today, we’re excited to share the next step in this journey:
Link Assistive NZ is officially transitioning to Tobii Dynavox.
What’s changing for New Zealand?
This rebrand is all about growth and creating more value for you. Here’s what you can expect:
- Brand & website:
- Link Assistive’s New Zealand website will change to nz.tobiidynavox.com with a new look and feel, and all marketing materials will gradually reflect the Tobii Dynavox brand.
- Social media:
- Our New Zealand Instagram and Facebook will be rebranded to Tobii Dynavox New Zealand.
- Our YouTube will be rebranded to Tobii Dynavox Australia and New Zealand.
- We will also be connected to the global Tobii Dynavox LinkedIn page
- Our office:
- We will still have our office in Tauriko, Tauranga, and our head office for Australia and New Zealand in Adelaide, South Australia.
- Our legal entity:
- The legal entity name has changed to Tobii Dynavox Limited.
These updates will help us streamline communication and keep you better informed with product updates, resources, videos, and user stories. We encourage you to follow our new channels and stay connected.

- Our mission: Our commitment to improving people’s lives through assistive communication remains unchanged. Supporting individuals, families, and professionals continues to be at the heart of everything we do.
- Our team: You’ll continue working with the same familiar faces from the Link Assistive team – now even more closely connected to the wider Tobii Dynavox family.
