Repair Requests

If your equipment has been funded by MOH, MOE or ACC you should contact the authorised organisation in order to initiate a repair in the first instance.

In the event that your device becomes damaged and requires repairs, we offer free returns to make the process as easy as possible.

Please complete the form below, we will then email you with a repair order number (RMA), and a prepaid return shipping label. Please include the RMA number with your device return.
